Tuition Payment

Tuition is billed per term and may be paid in full or through an approved installment plan. Accounts must be current before a student may register for the following term.

Pay in full

Settle the full term balance by the first day of class. A courtesy discount is applied to paid-in-full accounts.

Monthly installment plan

Divide the term balance into equal monthly payments arranged with the business office before the term begins.

Church or sponsor billing

Congregations, ministries, and employers may be invoiced directly with a signed sponsorship letter on file.

Account policies

  • Balances are due in full before final grades and transcripts are released.
  • Payment arrangements are made through the business office at the email below.
  • Students with a past-due balance may not register for a new term or participate in commencement.

Student Life

Life at Fellowship is shaped by worship, community, and service alongside the classroom.

Chapel & Formation

Weekly chapel, seasonal prayer gatherings, and formation groups keep study joined to worship and spiritual practice.

Cohorts & Mentoring

Each student is placed in a cohort and paired with a faculty mentor for academic guidance and ministry accountability.

Academic Support

Writing help, research consultation, and library access are available to every enrolled student throughout the term.

Service & Field Ministry

Students serve in local congregations and community ministries, with supervised placements for degree-required field work.

Graduation Registration Requirements

Graduation registration opens at the start of a student's final term. Every requirement below must be verified by the registrar before a candidate is cleared to walk and receive a diploma.

  • Submit the graduation registration form by the published deadline of your final term.
  • Complete all credit hours required by your degree program with a passing cumulative GPA.
  • Satisfy any capstone, thesis, or dissertation requirement, with the final document approved and filed.
  • Complete all supervised field ministry or practicum hours required by your program.
  • Clear your student account — tuition, fees, and the graduation fee paid in full.
  • Return all library materials and resolve any outstanding academic holds.
  • Confirm the exact name and degree designation to appear on your diploma with the registrar.
  • Order regalia by the deadline if you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony.
