Academic Records
The Office of the Registrar maintains the official academic record for every student. Transcripts, enrollment verifications, and degree audits are prepared from this office.

FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of student education records. Fellowship Theological Seminary complies fully with FERPA and provides students with the rights described below.
- The right to inspect and review your education records within 45 days of a request.
- The right to request amendment of records believed to be inaccurate or misleading.
- The right to provide written consent before personally identifiable information is disclosed.
- The right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education concerning alleged failures to comply with FERPA.
Student Balances
Student account balances are managed in coordination with the business office. Holds related to tuition, fees, or other charges may affect registration, transcripts, and graduation clearance.
- All tuition and fees must be current before registration for a new term.
- Transcripts and diplomas are withheld until outstanding balances are resolved.
- Payment plans must be arranged before the first day of the term.
- Refund and withdrawal policies are published in the academic catalog.
Student Affairs
Student affairs supports the whole student — academically, spiritually, and personally. The Seminary provides resources that help students persist and thrive from enrollment through graduation.

Privacy & Compliance
The Seminary does not release education records, grades, or account details to third parties without written consent, except as permitted by FERPA. Students may request a FERPA release form or submit a records request through the registrar's office.
