Teach undergraduate and graduate theology courses in areas such as systematic theology, biblical theology, and historical theology. Develop course materials, guide student research, and assess learning outcomes in alignment with the Seminary's academic standards.
Lead courses in religious studies, world religions, and the philosophy of religion. Foster critical thinking and respectful engagement with diverse faith traditions while grounding instruction in the Seminary's Christian commitments.
Provide executive academic and ceremonial leadership for the Seminary. Advise the president and board on institutional strategy, academic quality, faculty development, and the preservation of the Seminary's theological identity.
Lead fundraising, donor relations, and development initiatives to support the Seminary's mission. Manage crowdfunding campaigns, grant opportunities, and partnership cultivation while building sustainable revenue streams for scholarships and institutional growth.
