DaQuan Washington is the founding President of Fellowship Theological Seminary in Charleston, South Carolina, where he leads with a deep commitment to theological excellence, spiritual formation, and missional leadership. He established the seminary to provide accessible, Christ-centered education for emerging pastors, leaders, and scholars—particularly those serving in urban and underserved communities.

President Washington is a 2015 graduate of Shaw University and earned his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary in 2025. He is currently a doctoral candidate pursuing a Ph.D. in Theology with a concentration in Missional Ecclesiology at Kairos University, where his research focuses on the renewal of the church’s mission in the 21st century.

A visionary educator, church planter, and thought leader, President Washington brings 14 years of experience in ministry and theological education. His leadership is marked by a passion for equipping servant leaders who embody the teachings of Jesus Christ and engage the world with wisdom, compassion, and courage.

Through Fellowship Theological Seminary, he is raising a new generation of transformative leaders who are grounded in Scripture, shaped by the Spirit, and sent on mission.
